▽STRENGTH: Participants will redefine the concept of “being strong” through a supportive, accountable, and action-based holistic guidance experience.

▽ACCOUNTABILITY: Personal 1-1 and small group support will help participants connect physical practice and movement with holistic lifestyle goals and daily habits.

▽ACTION: Participants will be guided as THEY implement realistic action, attention, and energy to to renewing themselves and their physical, emotional, and energetic strength to stay strong.

△INSPIRED HOLISTIC GOAL-SETTING & ACTION | Guided, action-based, progress-focused goal-setting

  • Action-based process-oriented goal mapping is the foundation of this program → △ format
  • Small changes that are repeatable on daily & weekly basis to produce measurable change
  • Emphasis on action and “doing the work” each day as the mean to larger-scale growth and enlightenment
  • Acknowledging small victories on the road to goals is a foundation of this process

Remote will still include:

- OmWORK challenges 

- Sweat + Soul School weekly mini "lessons"

- 3x a week short body weight workouts programmed

- Goal setting + action planning support
